On the morning of November 4th there was an attempted burglary on Sunset Ridge Dr. The suspects opened an unlocked patio screen door, but did not get in the house as the sliding glass door was locked.
The resident, who was home at the time, heard the doorbell ring, saw an Asian male at the door, but did not answer. The suspect walked to a parked vehicle where a male and female were waiting.
A short time later, the resident's dog began barking and the resident heard, but did not see, someone running along the side of the house. At the same time, the resident saw the lone occupant of the car, the female, drive away.

The vehicle was a small white foreign car, possibly an '88 Honda. There was no loss and there have been no similar daytime incidents in the past two weeks.
