Burglary at 1300 block of Spruce Run Drive 12/5/10

Late Sunday night, a resident returning home to her condo found that her garage door remote would not open the door. When she entered the condo, she discovered that some jewelry items were missing. There were no witnesses or suspects. There was no alarm set and no Vacation House Check was requested.

Attempted burglary at 11800 block of Cypress Canyon Road 12/3/10

Last Friday at around 1:00 p.m., a black male in his 30's was seen delivering flyers for the Scripps Ranch Marketplace. After dropping a flyer at the front door, the suspect went to the back yard, opened the screen door and tried to open the back door. Fortunately, he was not able to obtain access.

Please keep your doors locked and be aware of strangers approaching your home or those of your neighbors. Be a good witness.
